The panel began with a special video address by Ismail Serageldin, Founding Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the new library of Alexandria (2001–2017), currently the Emeritus Librarian, Vice President of the World Bank (1992–2000), who highlighted the importance of inclusive global dialogue and knowledge-sharing for peace and progress.
His message was followed by a speech from Rafael Soriano Ortiz, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain in Skopje, who emphasized the values of solidarity, diplomacy, and collaboration among nations.

The panel was successfully moderated by Zoran Dabikj, diplomat and former Macedonian Ambassador to the OSCE and the UN (Vienna 2009–2013), and to NATO (Brussels 2014–2018), ICAC Advisory Board Member, who skillfully guided the discussion, encouraging thoughtful insights and dynamic exchange among the panelists.
Speakers explored how multilateralism must adapt to modern-day challenges and reaffirmed that only through dialogue, cooperation, and mutual respect can we ensure a better future for the next generations.
